Speaking of which, maybe a worthwhile campaign investment would be to buy all the inane domain names we can think of so they can't be used later for a childish smear attempt. If we don't buy johnkerryisapoopyhead.com, johnkerrysucks.com, johnkerryisatard.com, or eatmysmellyshortsjohnkerry.com, someone else will probably use it in the future. :eyes:

To whom it may concern,

I was just alerted to your website from a blog, and I have to say, I just don't see the point for it. I am also a GenXer, and I am more impressed with John Kerry than any other politician in Washington or throughout the country. Your site dwells on style, not on substance, which quite frankly is going to interest the American people less and less. With all that has gone wrong in this country, people are now realizing that you don't vote for someone just because you think you'd like "having a beer" with them. With the stunning incompetence of George Bush evident to everyone save the 31% die hards, 2008 is not going to be a prom king/queen contest. It will be an election about issues and who is the best person to clean up the mess Bush left. If you bothered to watch Senator Kerry on Wolf Blitzer yesterday, you would be struck with his incredible amount of knowledge of what is going wrong in the Middle East and Iraq, and what needs to be done to solve those problems. He was also interviewed by the Iraq Study Group, and many of his proposals, going back three years, will most likely end up in their final report. Please take a look at the CNN interview:

If you do not care for Senator Kerry then back another primary candidate. But we live in a democracy where anyone who wishes to run for president has the right to do so. And they are not just limited to one time -- just ask Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, and, apparently, John McCain and John Edwards. In short your website was created for buzz amounting to the usual attacks on Senator Kerry. You're not the first -- he was put on Nixon's Enemies List after his moving speech before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in 1971, with a quote so indelible that it's beginning to belong more to the American fabric than to John Kerry -- "How do you ask a man to be the last man to die in Vietnam? How do you ask a man to be the last man to die for a mistake?". And he has continued to be attacked throughout his public career because he is not a go along get along kind of public servant. If you truly are Democrats, then you will take down this website, and chock it up to a bad judgment call and leave it at that. Instead, perhaps you can help out in trying to get our troops home from Iraq. After all, that's what John Kerry is trying to do.

For your information the Democratic party is a big tent, and in that tent are many BABY BOOMERS. I have been a Democrat my entire life (55 years) and you are trying to tell me to get lost along with Senator Kerry.

Are you so vindictive that you hide your vindictiveness with saying you think Senator Kerry is a good man and then you trash him throughout. I have 3 kids in their twenties, do you want them to kick your generation out of the Democratic party, for the lame reasons you are doing to our generation.

This is a democracy if you have forgotten and anyone can run for president, no matter how many times they have run before, geez I guess you forgot about Nixon and Reagan, oh yeah I forgot they are republicans, but guess what at least they were given a second chance, that is where the Democrats lose. I am going to make sure that you do not succeed in your lame attempt to discredit a good Democrat. You know no one told me who to choose in '03, I knew very little about any of the candidates, but I'll tell you one thing I did my reasearch, and I CHOSE Senator Kerry, no one forced me or pushed me it is my vote and I will choose. not only chose him for his smile or his speaking ability, I chose him for his intelligence, knowledge, agenda, honesty and his intefrity, and because he stood out on the principles of being a Democrat.

Your lame response at the bottom of your page is despicable, I gave money and my husband lost 2 jobs during the course of the campaign, I also worked for the campaign, and I would do it all over in a heartbeat, it made me proud to be a Democrat. I think you all may need to examine why you are Democrats, and oh by the way I am in the South.

Sorry that you are not grown up enough to accept disappointment in your life, sorry you are perfect. My daughter at 12 years old acted more grown up in her disappointment of not making her All-Star team, but she didn't give up and she didn't give in, she said "we all have to expect disappointments in our life and I am not mad at anyone, I want to go to the games and cheer them on, because they are part of my team".

Please think about what you are doing, this has really made me sad, angry and totally shocked as a Democrat.

anyone who does this is not a real Democrat and i consider them pretty much an enemy of not just Kerry but what our party stands for.
