Oh my! Bush remembers that bin Laden is a threat
just in time for the fall elections. He has actually mentioned him as an enemy of the US. Maybe he will now acknowledged his mistake in not getting bin Laden at Tora Bora back in 2001.

Ah, I won't hold my breath.

Anyone hearing this speech? (Must be someone else here with a strong stomach.) One stupid assumption after another.

1. Bush officially out of ideas.
Resorts to bringing up the Nazis to bolster his argument. Last refuge of the clueless.

2. didn't listen, but
all I'm hearing from them lately are re-runs. And I think people are getting sick of hearing them.

4. Only heard the 'relevant' bit in passing
Conveniently busting out Osama again, as usual. You're right - it's funny how Bush's memory gets jogged only when it serves him and his cronies.

5. Anyone hear George Allen on the floor talking about TBI
There is just something off about having George Allen as the spokesman for putting money into Traumatic Brain Injury. Very off indeed.

6. Maybe they figured he's a good poster child
Except I doubt his brain 'injury' is a result of trauma. lol

7. When will Osama bust out his latest
"Live From The Bat Cave" video? You know the one in which he'll say "I urge you to vote for Democrats. They're dreamy. Don't vote for Republicans, they frighten me." I've go my money on the Friday before election Tuesday.
