1. I am friends on facebook with Mel White
whose son is the creator of the series and it has gotten exceptional reviews.

2. Yep. It looks to be pretty good! :-)
I think Laura Dern brings a lot to the role...walking that fine line ~ HBO churns out some mighty fine stuff!
