Survivor - Fans vs. Favorites - Episode 3 discussion thread
I was so very sad to see my man Yao Man leave. He was a great player and got caught in a dumb move by Cirie. Cirie is a fool to join an alliance of two young couples. She is going to be the odd one out there. Cirie is crazy if she thinks Amanda and Parvati would keep her until the final three.
I do love Yao Man though. Even leavign, the guy is all class.

On the episode, Mikey is going to get in troubel if he continues to be so cocky. Having Mary ousted should have told him of the problem with being to sure of your position. The challange ont eh beach was great. It went back and forth and was lots of fun to watch.

The basketball coconut challange was fun to watch, but it seemed silly. there hav ebeen way harder challanges. I was sorry to see Jonathon play Cirie so poorly. he took a bad approach to confronting her publically. He should have did it quietly. Overall, not a great episode. I wold hav elike to see more of AMi on exhile island and see a little more of Cirie workign things out. Its still early and there is a lot to show though.

1. I was so disappointed with Cirie
I cannot for the life of me figure out why she thinks aligning with the two couples was a good thing. With the other group, she has a chance at fighting for something other than being 1st voted out of the group. With the couples, she is guaranteed to be the 1st voted out. They may have voted with her this time but that doesn't mean she is suddenly their leader and will continue to vote who she wants. I just thought it was a really bad move. Who says they won't get sick of her trying to pressure their vote and vote her out next or the time after that (meaning times the Favorites tribe loses)?

I felt like they didn't really show much of the other tribe. I don't really remember much of it if they did.

I agree with you, Dr. Strangelove, Jonathan should not have done it so publicly. At the tribal council I was cringing and covering my ears! I kept saying, "shut up shut up shut up, if there was a chance she was going to vote with you she will definitely not now, shut up".
