Big Love - Where did "the greens" come from?

Have we heard of them before?

1. The Greens refers to Hollis Green who was the fugative...

(like Warren Jeffs) who was wanted for child molestation. I believe his picture was in a few scenes on television news reports, and also Roman refered to him as a pervert.
