1. No clue

I managed to sell my dad's house three weeks after he died. He never did understand why I wouldn't want to move to Floriduh and live in a house with a pool and a 5 minute drive from a beach (not that you could get through the solid wall of Jebbie's condominiums to get to it).

If I'm not insane now, I would be within 6 months of moving there.
