Top 20 Bible Passages to Use Against Fundamentalists
Top 20 Bible Passages to Use Against Fundamentalists

Just because it's not a commandment doesn't mean it's not in The Bible. Fundamentalists hold the most extreme and literal interpretations of The Bible and are quick to point you to a Bible passage to prove that something like homosexuality is abominable and condemns you to hell or that molesting children is fine as long as you say some words quietly into your hands. Conveniently, they ignore some of the most straightforward rules for no reason other than that they just don't fit in with the type of society they want. So, here are those forgotten Christian rules that need to be followed if they're really going to stick to their guns on the whole gay marriage, abortion and child molestation thing.

DISCLAIMER: this list isn't meant as a hateful gesture towards Christians, but a way to fight irrational responses in debates with (fun) facts.

1. Incredibly funny, and sad.
I think I will bookmark this one because it is so bizarre that I will never remember them.

I also loved the comments section. Many defenders of god and the bible said that these were from the Old Testament and were superceded by Jesus, but I must know more than they do about the bible. Many of these are from the New Testament, and those are the ones that are really fun.

2. My response to a quote from the Bible is to point out
that it's a book of mythology, and any commands it contains are meaningless.
