Air Force honors 90th Space Wing at Warren

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The 90th Space Wing at F.E. Warren Air Force Base has received the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award.

The award is presented to Air Force units that perform above all others.

“This is a spectacular achievement that requires superb performance from every corner of the wing,” Col. Mike Morgan, 90th Space Wing commander, said in a prepared statement. “The ‘Mighty Ninety’ has shown once again that we are the best space wing in the Air Force.”

The award recognized the performance of the unit’s operations, maintenance, security, medical and support personnel.
