Whether it was the good colonel or not, I don't know. A Pine-Coffin also wrote a hauntingly beautiful translation of The Confessions of Saint Augustine, which I think was published by Penguin. But that name has you in stitches all right, until you get used to it.

6. He recreated the his part in he Normandy invasion in the
movie the "Longest Day". He was the only cast member to portray his original Normady roll in the Movie.
