MINOT, N.D. — About 260 Minot airmen are back with their families after a five-month deployment.

The Minot Air Force Base group was sent to Anderson Air Force base in Guam to continue the Air Force presence in the Pacific. They returned Monday.

Tech Sgt. Christopher McKeen surprised his two children, who had no idea he was coming home. His sixth-grade son, C.J., was shocked when his father showed up during class.

Six B-52s were also deployed to Guam.
