When the VA act on one claim but do not address other claims,the others claims are deemed denied.

VA does not have to provide veteran with notice of denied claims.

works so hard to figure out ways to deny vets what's coming to them. Too bad they don't work harder with using that energy to better help the vet rather than to shift the 'funds' and 'services' away from the VA system and veterans.
