This disturbs me
I would never post this to GD-P for fear of being massacred, so decided to post it here and see what you guys think. I was just looking at the JRE Blog and saw this post about irregularities at the Iowa caucus, vis a vis the Obama campaign bringing in out-of-state caucus goers to rig the caucus. Maybe you've already seen this or it has been posted elsewhere on DU and the blogosphere, but I had not seen it before.

3. In the posts on the blog
the people were claiming that there were a number of young Obama supporters (i.e., college students) who were unfamiliar to these people. I think that the posters live in rural communities where they know everyone who lives in the community.

2. Hey Sandy-
I was there in Iowa, at a caucus location, and for my part, I saw nothing out of sorts. However, I did hear a few stories.

I believe this is why everyone here, must do everything they can to get the word out. Close elections are not something we can overcome. But, if we make the margin so big, then no one can question our victory.

It's too bad, but in many ways, the cards are stacked against the American people.

4. Yep, all we can do is work hard to turn out our supporters
although, we may want to be alert to this possibility, especially in caucus states. :hi:
