Lest we forget (Ha! That'll be the day)
Just like John Edwards and Dennis Kucinich and the others, yet another candidate is skewered by the corporate-elites' media. It has been going on for some time and now the media pigs are shooting their last arrows into Hillary Clinton.

I am not a fan of either remaining Democrat, I like Hillary as little as I like Obama. But it is plain as day that the media is making the choice and has been all along. If all the networks were doing a responsible job for the people they would just do the reporting and leave the decisions to us, yet they treat us like children, and it appears that most of America accepts.

I listened to NPR a little this afternoon and Robert Segal was interviewing Clinton's campaign manager (I think that's who he was, can't remember the name) and continually steered the conversation into talk of Hillary dropping out.

And all day long on the front page of AOL there is a photo of Hillary standing next to Bill looking small and diminuitive with their cozy mansion in the background and the heading reads "Where Hillary Sleeps At Night", clearly not at the White House. They really have "put her in her place."

Now, unless Obama is getting the nod by the corporate execs. for whatever reason, they will light into and dismantle him. It will be interesting to see how that plays out.

1. no surprise there
No surprise that wealthy and powerful interests have chosen the nominee, with the help of the MSM. What is surprising is the number of Obama supporters who are convinced that this is not true and that the Obama candidacy is some sort of anti-establishment insurgency. They see this as the ultimate showdown between the forces of good and evil.

2. That is certainly the amazing thing.
Of course the media helped to shape that illusion. All they had to do was play his unity speeches over and over and mention now and then that he is the more "liberal" candidate. They also manufactured the hype by saying over and over for months that huge numbers of people were for Obama. then came the lemming effect. The manipulation and the complicity is stunning.

4. Ha!
It must be the mood I'm in, but tonight it really cracks me up that all these fools have bought into the idea that Obama is anything other than who the PTB have chosen to be the "Democratic" nominee. They have no idea how foolish they are.
