Does anyone do Wii Fit Plus?

On the plus menu, the bicycling game, advanced level. There are two flags I cannot find. Does anyone know where in heck they are?

2. There's a promising board there

Someone even asked about the cycle game. I can't figure out how to post there, though. Not sure I want to as I don't really know what that board is. I was hoping someone here would know.

Wii Fit Plus is totally awesome. I'm 61 and have had both knees replaced and spine surgery, but this game has me moving in ways I wouldn't have thought I could.
