I haven't played this game in a long time but I used to race for several hours every day after work. In addition to the racing part of the game, the developers made an auction house where you can buy or sell cars with custom paint jobs. I spent almost as much time buying and selling cars as I did racing them. I've been meaning to look in on the auctions again because I'm sure there are some Obama designs for sale. Anyways, when I quit playing, I gave most of my cars with really good paint jobs to people on my friends list. I kept a few and uploaded a some pics of them:

2. Just to give you an idea:

This video gives an example of just how difficult it is to do even a simple paint job. The people that do this stuff are exceptionally talented, IMO. This is all done with absolutely no input from the developers, other than whatever it took to design the paint editor and put it in the game. Everything else is done by the artists themselves.
