Jack Thompson Guilty on 27 Counts!
http://www.shacknews.com/onearticle.x/52778

"The judge presiding over infamous anti-game litigator Jack Thompson has recommended that the attorney be found guilty of 27 counts of misconduct in Thompson's recent Florida Bar trial, GamePolitics reports.

Florida Judge Dava Tunis issued recommendations of guilt related to Thompson's participation in several video game-related cases such as Strickland v. Sony, in which the attorney represented families of two police officers and a dispatcher killed by Devin Moore, reputed Grand Theft Auto fan.

The recommended charges from Tunis will be sent to the Florida Supreme Court by September 2nd, which will tender a ruling alongside possible disciplinary action—such as disbarment—against Thompson. Tunis will also preside over a disciplinary hearing for possible sanctions against Thompson on June 4th."

2. OH no.
Pong is too much fun for the likes of him. It's too quiet and 'acceptable'.

The only entertainment he should be allowed is Manhunt, or GTA Whatever, or any other game he's criticized, so he can see if they make him a crazed lunatic.

Or maybe something featuring Hello Kitty. Kill the man with cute.

7. It's great to see anti-entertainment prosecutors prosecuted
I wish they had done this to the music prosecutors back in the '80s and '90s. However, a couple of them came around by their own accord - the guy who tried and failed to prosecute Jello Biafra and the Dead Kennedys way back in the late '80s came out a few years later and basically said that he felt like an idiot for taking the case. He even went out to dinner with Jello and the two ended up becoming good friends thanks to reconsiderations and forgiveness.
