Apparently you can "rack up points for raping women" in Resident Evil 4

At least that is what one right-wing columnist at the Minneapolis Star-Tribune says.

According to Katherine Kersten, "Our kids can easily get their hands on "Manhunt," or other M-rated games such as "Resident Evil: 4,"God of War" or "Postal 2: Apocalypse Weekend." Games such as these invite kids to set people on fire, urinate on them or disembowel them. Young players can rack up points for raping women."

Now I have played Resident Evil 4 (which does not have a colon in the title), and God of War and I did not see the option to rape women for points, or urinate on people in either of those games. Yet according to Katherine Kersten those features are present.

Maybe she shops at some place that sells special versions of those games because she also says "Been to the video store lately? Games rated "Mature" (17 and older) and "Adults Only" crowd the shelves within your young teen's reach." Now I don't know what store Kersten has been shopping at because I do not know of a single store that sells "Adults Only" games, much less a store in which Adults Only games "crowd the shelves". Apparently Kersten must shop for games at Sex World.

When it comes to video-games apparently columnists do not even have to do basic fact checking now days. Lies are printed as "opinions" and the columnist is not required to ever make any corrections. You don't see anything, but scantily clad hoochie mommas beckon Kratos to bed (topless). If you play the minigame you really only hear sweet sweet love.

All you see is a vase on a table next to a bed that vibrates when you hit the buttons. and if you hit the buttons right the vase falls off the table and you get bonus points.

It certainly doesn't sound like anything non-consentual is going on.
