Rhododendron question
I purchased my house last summer and there are three rhododendron bushes along the front and side of the house.

Here is picture from our last snowfall:

The blue part in the image is my "sunroom" which faces east. As you can see, the north side of the house (the stucco part) gets very little sun because of the huge pine trees.

The rhododendrons all developed buds last summer but only the small bush alond the side of the sunroom flowered, and only 5-10 flowers at most.

Are they too shaded? All of last year's buds are still on the plants. Should I have pinched them off? Is it too late to do so?

Any advice would be most appreciated.

1. I don't really know,
so check this out.

I've seen rhode and azalias in lots of shade, so I'd be surprised.

Good luck!
