Need some wisdom here.. Have lots of weeding to do and the buggers are eating me up! I have heard sulphur is a trick for before.. any other before and after tricks?

1. Haven't had them for years
But when they decided to take up residence under my skin one time, I put clear nail polish over the area. I guess it smothers them. Anyway, it must have worked because it cleared up in a few days. Itchy little buggers.
