It's been a good birthday

Today is my birthday and I have much to be thankful for. I am walking much better since my total knee replacement, I am in less pain, and I am really looking forward to living life to the fullest.
My daughter has come around, thanks to a dear, dear friend whom I can only describe as an earth angel.
I gave her the title after seeing how she weaves people together, leaving everyone with a smile.
Well, she decided to get involved and had a talk with BOTH of us and now my daughter and I are closer than ever.
Life is good, and I count myself lucky to witness the magic she leaves in her wake.

I can't think of a more perfect time to count your blessing than on your Birthday and a successful operation. I know what you're going through. My mom had both knees done and her left one done again, waiting to heal to redo right one.
I'm so glad that your pain is not as intense and sending that it dissipates as quickly as possible.

I am healing very quickly and each day I find myself stronger.
Even my daughter whom I was fighting with last week kissed me on the cheek as she left for the beach today.
