I've never heard of it. The ad states is is chlorine dioxide:
Chlorine dioxide is a chemical compound with the formula ClO2. This reddish-yellow gas crystallizes as orange crystals at −59 °C. As one of several oxides of chlorine, it is a potent and useful oxidizing agent used in water treatment and in bleaching.<1>

It sounds like it might be similar to hydrogen peroxide, which some people take (food grade).

It muscle tests VERY WELL!! It is much cheaper and doesn't have the hype of all that MMS stuff.

Most water muscle tests bad. I try to remember to "charge" it either with pure intention, or orgone, or whatever. Actually that is fun to practice. I saw a Youtube of someone charging water with his hand. It "looks" crazy but it isn't. For sure anyone not knowing about such things would think this guy should be locked up. Now I can't find it.

So, I would recommend to everyone drinking water EITHER add the above drops to water, or "charge" the water with intention, in the best way that you know how.

3. I wouldn't call myself a chemist

:spray: I just finished 3 intensive semesters of chemistry as part of my MLT program, so I like looking at the chemistry as a way to reinforce my education.

That said, I'd be very leery of anything advertised as a "miracle" anything. I just checked the MSDS for chlorine dioxide. I'm not going to check the hydrogen peroxide -- I'll just go from memory.

They are both antimicrobials. The reason for this is that they are both producers of *free radicals* so I wouldn't ingest either of them.

CLO2 is corrosive, so can be harmful if swallowed or inhaled. It is also highly volatile, so it is easy to inhale vapors. It's used as a disinfectant and food sanitizer. I expect the "miracle mineral" people sell it in aqueous solution at very, very low concentrations. (otherwise they won't be in business for very long!) See below:

Toxicology
The toxicology of ClO2 has been studied extensively, particularly with regard to exposure through ingestion, because ClO2 is widely used in disinfection and food sanitation applications. The USEPA has established a Reference Dose (RfD) of 3x10-2 mg/kg/day, based on findings of a two-generation reproduction drinking water study in the rat that identified a No Observed Adverse Effect Level of 3 mg/kg/day (35 ppm chlorite) and a Lowest Observed Adverse Effect Level of 6 mg/kg/day (70 ppm chlorite) (neurodevelopmental effects). The RfD has been used by USEPA to derive drinking water standards, including a Maximum Residual Disinfectant Level of 0.8 ppm for ClO2 and a Maximum Contaminant Level of 1.0 ppm for chlorite ion, the principal breakdown product of ClO2. Drinking water is by far the largest source of human oral exposure to ClO2 and chlorite.

Hydrogen peroxide is one of several toxic forms of oxygen that our body produces as a defense. However, when our body produces it, it keeps it away from our own cells and releases it into bacteria to poison them.
