Your most memorable psychic or intuitive prediction that did NOT materialize.
Edited on Sun Jan-18-09 03:07 AM by BlueIris
This can be either a prediction of your own, or from someone else. It can be about you or others, personal events or events unconnected to your life. I'm looking for significant impressions that just didn't ever come to pass for whatever reason.

My most memorable prediction that never materialized has to do with Bush remaining in office. I was absolutely positive that he would be outta there by the fall of '06 at the latest.

Anyone else? They don't have to be predictions you're unhappy didn't play out; I'm sure we've all had a few impressions of potential futures that we're glad stayed potential.

1. I dreamed that Bush dissolved Congress
In this dream, I saw Bush at a podium and numbers flashing on the podium or around it. It read something like 1:21, like a time display, as opposed to a date display like 1-21 or 1/21.
It freaked me out.
Blue Iris, I know someone who had a vision of Bush being carried out of the WH in a stretcher.

2. I remember you posting about both those visions...I think.
Maybe someone else here also posted about the Bush-on-a-stretcher image. Man, I'm so, so glad he didn't die in office, anyone who might be reading this. I would never want anything to happen to President Bush.

3. I kept getting the message that John Kerry would win in 2004
Edited on Sun Jan-18-09 09:28 AM by SpankieJane
Guess that really wasn't a false message, because I'm sure he DID actually get the most votes, but he didn't become president, so I'm putting it in the "didn't happen" column.

7. Me too. I *knew* in my gut he was going to win
but then winning doesn't mean actually being the one to occupy the white house dammit!

4. Your most memorable prediction...
I still haven't given up on. I hope against all hope, he and Cheney will be out before their terms expire. Don't know how likely it is at this moment, but crazier things have happened.

6. I had a psychic prediction about Powerball once that would have netted me $200,000
Edited on Thu Jan-22-09 11:50 AM by BlueIris
if I'd played the numbers I had visualized. But I had to help my parents bury our dog that day, so I didn't buy the ticket. I guess I don't really regret that considering the circumstances, but still. D'OH!

8. oh my gosh
Multitasking, multitasking. (Sorry about the dog though).

My husband is always asking me that if people can do thus and such (whatever we are discussing at the moment), why aren't they rich (gambling)?

I said, don't kid yourself, some of them are.

My energetic practitioner of past years is retired and flies all over the world now entering GPS scavenger hunts. Coincidence? I think not.

Also, once she organized a workshop, and we all went around the table introducing ourselves. So, one woman says the following, "It has always been my dream to be a professional gambler. Thanks to____ (our energetic practitioner), I have achieved my goal. I won a million dollars at the slots in Tunica. But I haven't stopped. I won another thirty thousand dollars last week." Every single head turned and looked at _______(our energetic practitioner).

Her response: "What you have to understand is that you have to really focus on winning in gambling" or something like that. Funny story.

10. not exactly sure??
But they take GPS devices around and look for things based on clues. Supposedly there is a big subculture of people that do this. So, she goes places like Vietnam, I guess, and competes with other people with GPS devices to find things.

That's about all I know. I only know that because the rolfer told me.

Her husband's still a chiropractor, but I suspect she has made a lot of money due to her intuitive abilities. Of course, a lot of that is due to the story about the woman making a million dollars from a slot machine. She was quite closed mouth about things like that.

11. I think actually winning the lottery via psychic info is very difficult.
But not impossible. To quote a great intuitive, (Laura Day) trying to predict lottery numbers specifically brings up all kinds of emotional interference that can screw with accuracy (fears of failure, fears of success, etc.). Still, I've gotten pretty close a couple of times. Maybe I'll try again in the future.

12. sure, I haven't even tried this
You are exactly right, though, about the emotional interference. I guess this is why the woman credited the energy practitioner for her success--removing the blockages.

I have heard people interviewed that gamble using things like remote viewing. Basically they say that they improve the odds, but that is about it. Still, if you can just increase the payout ratio in a game like blackjack, there is the probability that you could make megabucks if you played enough.

For some reason I have great hesitation to even try this. About the only thing that I would do might be to pick one one armed bandit over another based on muscle testing. But my heart really isn't into gambling.

13. I saw Hillary Clinton being sworn in by a childhood friend
She was wearing blue in my vision, with Bill standing by her side. I misunderstood the vision as being that she was being sworn in as President. But I was wrong. She was being sworn in as Secretary of State.

 Was there something about the book she used? I didn't see mention of it in the article.
That may have come from someone else...
