What crystals are best for the thymus chakra?

I am learning about crystal healing but am having trouble finding info on the thymus chakra. So far nothing has resonated with me so I was hoping someone here with more knowledge might be on the same wavelength. It doesn't help that when I feel/see my thymus the color keeps changing so I can't experiment going by color, not that I can find my little rock collection since I put it in a Safe Place :P When I do chakra work I always include the thymus. I don't feel right if I skip it. I really want to add in crystals with my Reiki and when I feel ready (and find my crystals) I will be soliciting guniea pigs, I mean Volunteers, here for free distant treatments.

YEARS ago I read a Chinese spiritual book. It was all brand new to me then, so I remember little of exactly what it was. However, one of the treatments was to GENTLY thump the thymus gland on your chest. It supposedly stimulates the thymus. If you're wanting to focus on that area for medicinal reasons, that might be something to consider.

I think mostly with the Thymus is it is the seat of empathy and that is my primary and strongest gift. Also I am Aquarius w/Uranus in the 11th House and the Thymus is the seat of unconditional universal love, what is the word agape?. This center of energy needs to be included healed and kept clear.

Isn't clear quartz a good fallback when you can't find a more specific crystal for what you want? I'm throwing this out there because I'm still learning and would love to hear what others think.

Tradtionally I believe the thymus gland was considered part of what the heart chakra ruled. When I first read of some psychics and natural healers felt the thymus has an energy center in it's own right that was growing in importance I tried working with it and found it helpful. Since then I include italong with the pectoral chakras and earth star chakra.

I guess I need to play with it some more to see if I can't intuit if there are certain colors associated with it for everyone like the major chakras, is it like the heart where both greens and pinks work grand, or is it different for everyone. Right now I want to send lavender light to my thymus :shrug:

8. Stream of life.

I do chakra clearing and balancing empowerments. Try seeing/feeling a stream of liquid white light gently flowing into your thymus, like you're drinking it in. See/feel it filling you, even the places you may not see it going. ... won't take long. This brings balance and calm when one is fearful and attached. Doing this everyday will reset the chakra and keep it that way.

All I was going to suggest is to go with what your body (or your client's body) is calling you. Yes, I know certain crystals and colors are aligned with the chakras, but I've been doing Reiki for over ten years now, and every day, and with every person, it's different.

12. I have done something like that many times before but currently I find another technique useful

I was taught a way to draw out stuck, stagnant or negative energies by drawing them out through my left hand and sending them out through my right. I can remember what the woman who taught me called it so I call it psychic vacuuming. When I draw out of others I ask the earth to take the energies for composting. When I draw out of myself I send it into a image of a crystal cauldron that I visualize that transmutes the energies I draw out. I have found it can ease and even at times totally relieve pain. I have been doing it daily my chakras one by one for over a month now and feel very different for it. I always start with the root or earth star chakra and work my way up. Also I work on the minor chakras in my joints, hands, & feet. Since I have started this I feel more grounded and in my body than I can ever remember. When I do the vacuuming I can feel a sensation of intensity and pressure. Occasionally a sense of what I am drawing out such as a faint feeling of fear or sadness. It is becoming second nature to even do this when I am surfing the internet or playing a simple game on the pc. I start drawing on say the root chakra and as I feel the flow start I put my conscious attention back on the computer.

I have been reading and looking at photos of crystals online and am wondering if Angelite might be suitable for my, and possibly other's, thymus chakras. I will post here when I can get a piece and give it a whirl :)

13. Crystals for the Earth Star Chakra? Bronzite is working for me!

I ordered some crystals which came yesterday and OMG!!!!!! am I loving the bronzite! HE! And my dear ole non-metaphysical Mother can feel it's vibes! :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: It is even more grounding than my old standby hematite as I feel it working way below my feet while still giving the my feet are made of magnets feeling :D

I feel like I am a pillar doing deep down into the earth that can gently sway or even wiggle like a weeble wobble but my center remains deep and true. I feel it is effecting other chakras at least from the solar plexus on down and I feel the soles of my feet tingling when I hold it. :crazy: :bounce: :woohoo: This is SOOOO AWESOME!!!!!! but I don't dare hold them for long just yet lest I start really going :crazy: :woohoo: :bounce: and scare the cats. oh, now ,=my third eye is waking up! it feels like the middle of my forehead is being rubbed but from the inside of my skull :bounce:
