Hey Ladies
Edited on Mon Jan-05-09 12:23 AM by stellanoir
or as Sarah Palin would say ". . . guys and gals. . ."

Sorry to have been inattentive as of late.

I've been viewing everything and sending light whenever is necessary.

My primary computer has a compromised keyboard so I view everything but haven't been commenting as I really don't want to make posts that are thoroughly incomprehensible.

However, I will post a revised version of this thread by Yoko's birthday.

Yet I've been dwelling on this for a while and feel as though OOH it's late OTOH it'll happen in time.

Love to you all and Happy New Year.

best,
stella

It's always a pleasure to see you as well.

Dunno why I'm having such an enormous block on refining this concept.

On one hand, it's rare for something to take me nearly a year to compose.

On the other hand, I've been trying to get my fable together for 15 years.

So go figure.

Thanks for all your great efforts on the last two prayer threads.

I read them all.

Just only have intermittent access to the 'puter that can do more than surf.

That'll change soon I hope I hope.

In the meantime I'm painting my bathroom (lavender of course)

:loveya:

7. Nothing like a new coat of paint. (If only it were that simple for humans...)
Lavender sounds lovely! All of my walls are cream colored because I myself can't even decide on a color, and even if I could, it would be pret' near impossible to get my husband and me to agree. So many things never get done because of that. :silly:

I miss having you around. We need to get that keyboard fixed! :bounce:

:loveya:

I only have this paint color because my SIL was obsessed with the Home & Garden network and was constantly redecorating a couple years ago. It was really funny.

She painted her hallway with this color and then decided that she didn't like it so she gave it the rest of the bucket to me for Christmas. LOL

Now my ridiculous father who has a grand fixed square, a grand water trine, and a kite, who is by no means a lightweight, but is elderly and a bit deaf, decided that he'd like to help me with my bathroom repair. Oh joy. Granted he is well intended.

He ripped my light fixture out of my bathroom and made a total mess. Then after cleaning up, I walked into the bathroom and an entire chunk of my windowsill was completely missing. I thought it needed sanding. He emphatically insisted that it was rotted.

He then glued a patch into it in the dark. He made a whole nother mess.

My fingers were glued together for a while after cleaning it up.

I've got it sorted out now.

OMG this is really silly.

11. Your life is never boring, is it? It sounds as though it could be a sitcom.

I'm laughing, but I can totally empathize with your having to go through it. At least you have new paint!

I love the "she gave the rest of the bucket to me for Christmas" part. You seem to have such an eccentric, lovable family...

:D

5. Wow...I missed your first post.
I'm visualizing and manifesting as I type. May it be done this year.

I love that billboard, too. I would like to manifest many of those in every town in the country.

Welcome the return of the light, indeed!
:hi:

Great post on the solstice and nice tie in to JL. I lived on the other side of the Dakota, his home on 72nd street. Me and my femme fatale of that period ran into JL and Yoko walking through the park on a couple of occasions, no crowds, just walking on a nice day. We just looked over and said, "hey" and he smiled bakc. Very peaceful/stoned looking guy. Don't remember her presence much but his was blissed out.
