Need a little help, please

This is actually a good thing, but just thinking about it gets me so nervous and excited I can hardly sit still. It makes my stomach hurt.

I just found out that my most recent script, co-written with a partner, was in the top 5 finalists in a screenwriting competition. I've had this kind of thing happen before, even winning the competition, and it never amounts to much, so I shouldn't get so worked up. But my horoscope says this is going to be a big year career-wise, great new opportunities, beginning in January. So I can't help but think maybe this time...

...and then I just get sick and nervous and jumpy. Even though it's something I really want--I think--it scares the crap out of me.

Any advice on how to manage this anxiety? Maybe can you send some calming vibes my way? Thanks!!!

What I do is throw the extra energy down into the earth. Another thing that you might want to do is get some Rescue Remedy to help calm your nerves. The alcohol in the formula with alcohol caused problems for me, so I got the Rescue Remedy pastilles. I think that there's a non-alcoholic liquid formula also.

3. Are you a scriptwriter?

I have the most fabulous idea for a movie...but, no clue how to write... and I would totally hand the idea off to someone who could make money off it, IF I could go to the premier and meet some stars ;) (just kidding on that one)
