Odd dream - opinions please

I don't remember what exactly was going on in the first part of the dream. I only remember the last few moments before I woke up. In the dream I am floating along talking about some energy exercises. I don't know if I was dictating to someone or talking things out before planning to write them down but as I talked the images would form in my dream of what I was talking about. I got to the part about how to build a temple to connect with beings of light using visulization such as to Kwan Yin or the Buddha and to include 'perpetually burning incense' when my neck muscles seized up as did some sort of tightness spread across my scalp in the dream as I pictured a temple with sticks of incense burning and a bright being approached and someone, maybe me, exclaimed 'it's Buddha' at the moment of the seizing up. I started to break out of the image from the pain when the dream repeated the image of entering the temple, seeing a bright being, and the phrase 'perpetually burning incense'. In my dream I called for help from Kwan Yin and then I woke up. I had a heck of a time returning to full conciousness and being able to move like I was jolted back into body from an OOB.

I have some thoughts on what happened but was wondering if anyone else could get an impression to help confirm whether there is more to this than an everday average dream.

1. I think you will have more about this ... this sounds like a series dream to me.

Did any of it seem familiar like you had been there before?

2. A few times a year I come out of dreams of taking classes

sometimes it feels like the others don't know i am there like I snuck in and am invisable. When i wake up it is with the feeling that I really should NOT be remembering whatever it was. This last dream didn't have that somewhat forbidden feeling but in some ways it felt similar. A couple days ago I had a very similar dream where I was preparing to post here on ASAH on toning especially to clear the throat chakra by looking up info when I popped awake. I considered writing something but couldn't think of what I was looking up in the dream and what I know about consciously is nothing new or different that I am aware of.

3. Another odd dream with a similar 'feel' & what I think might have happened in the first dream

I am not sure if it was last night or before but I suddenly remembered a tidbit. I was talking with someone about my history of incarnations and how in the past time period of something around a century I had been doing double and even triple incarnations. AT that point the dream started crackling and voices getting tinny just like an old radio signal breaking up at which point the dream went black and a different dream started.

OK back to the other odd dream. I think I was tuning into another aspect of myself maybe one living without body on a spirit only level. Whether the being I encountered really was Buddha or not I am not sure. It could have been another person who had achieved their Buddhanature or similar. In any case something about their high spirital energy triggered my Kundalini which got blocked at the throat and crown which caused the neck spasm and headache in the dream. The other me was ok with energy like that while the current me blows fuses left and right :P :crazy:

:shrug: in any case it was an interesting dream whether or not any of it is real or my theory is right. Even with the difficulty at the end I would much rather deal with that than some oggilyboogily monster dream my subconcious likes to throw up every so often!
