Details from my Ooga Booga dream which I'm here today to report

A man stood in the center of an empty room and a bucket of happiness was dumped behind him to wash out all over the floor. The fluid spread in the same way and at the same rate that water does, but it was made up of happy-face smilies.

In another room of the dreamscape a woman sitting at a news anchor desk was being drenched in a torrential downpour (of water.)

Other scenes I can't remember well all pertained to rain and flooding.

So as I woke up I was entertained with washing/change/hope metaphors: washed over with happiness, tides of joy, the news is all wet, etc.

My dream was awash in an abundance of good feelings, which makes me think that Obama will indeed be recognized as the winner of next week's election, in a flood of support.

I dreamt the other night that it was election night and I was looking at the map- all but 3 small states had gone to Obama.

5. Fabulous! May it be so...

Yesterday evening we went to a :) happy hour :) to wait for the inf-Omercial.

I started by wondering out loud to my husband whether there would be a 50-state sweep and we ended by talking a Republican out of voting next week. Bought him and his pal(D) a round. Couldn't talk him into a D vote but we talked him out of an R, and we toasted the diversity of America and all the running mates that John McCoulda Woulda Shoulda have picked.

But I've had several dreams about Obama in the last few weeks.
