Daring to post outside the Astrology Forum

In response to a comment elsewhere at DU from AZDemDist6,
"Rose you really need to visit us and post that stuff in
the Astrology forum."

Thanks for your suggestion, AZDemDist6. Normally I DO post
there exclusively. But I've been a mainstreamer of woo-woo for
the past 38 years. And I consider my aura reading of Sarah
Palin to be extremely pertinent to discussion about trying to
figure out what the heck happened in that debate.

Last week I did radio interviews about "that stuff"
in a big NORMAL people station in Las Vegas. Tomorrow, I have
a newspaper interview coming out in a NORMAL American
newspaper, the Virginian-Pilot (magazine section. And on
Monday, I'm booked for a live interview for another NORMAL
radio station, the biggest one in Santa Rosa. (Details about

How are new people to learn about different points of view if
mind-body-spirit people just communicate with others in the
field. I WILL cross post this little message at the Astrology
Forum, just for fun. Personally, I would challenge ALL of you
fellow members of the Astrology Forum to post elsewhere
occasionally, if your stomach is strong. 

And I invite ALL you members of DU to enjoy the ideas that
appeal to you or pique your curiosity in anyone's post. Avoid
the rest. 

You don't have to launch a nasty ad hominem attack, really, do
you, if you disagree with another writer here at DU? 

Whom are you trying to protect and defend? Scared other people
can't think for themselves because their minds appear more
open than yours? 

Surely one person's ideas aren't so inherently disconcerting
to your balance in life that it is necessary to lash out.

1. I read the article in GDP, Rose..and loved

it. I was telling someone about it at work today because he was mentioning her "fascade" so I told him about your article on the "aura".

I like both ..politics(which covers just about everything these days) and the larger scope of tapping into the Universe via astrology and other ways to understand what's going on around.

2. Thank you for posting here, I am interested in finding out what your perspective was on her

in the debate, and will search out your article in the general forums.

There are many methods of being popular on DU, and ooga-booga-smooga-wooga is right up there among them :)

Then again, people probably understand at a root level that Palin wishes to incinerate the planet and everything upon it; they just don't want to understand it at the every day level, and truly do something about it :/

Excellent observations and an excellent read.

GD and GD-P have been brutal for months now. The responses to your thread in GD-P were generally positive with others sharing their observations, which I found refreshing. Of course, there was the expected critics.

Rachel Maddow made an observation that Palin's response to Joe Biden's emotional moment was cold as ice. Not exactly the words, but it was that's what it boils down to.
