How does the Endocrine system play into this eclipse/magnetic thing..?

I am dealing with issues in my immune system and my endocrine system (namely the adrenals, ovaries and thyroid) and I wonder if anyone knows any Louise Hay off the top of their head or if the current systems of change we see are re-aligning many of us in this way...?

I feel SO low and cruddy today, really loopy, nausea and awful "female" pains, just the ickies in lots of ways. emotional, etc too... yikes! :(

1. All I know is I've noticed a lot of women having more intense

hormonal symptoms than usual. It seems to be happening at all ages, from past puberty to post menopausal. Women who thought they were past it all are now reporting a return of hot flashes, etc., and girls who've not had cramps before are suddenly having to take Advil, etc.

5. As far as the immune system goes, my allergies have gone nuts

the past few days. Usually my eyes don't bother me, but my right eye was watering like crazy Sunday and Monday. Today I was nauseous and "eliminating" (won't go into the details).
I thought it had to do with the light work I'm doing with my aura, some of which involves purging, but I suppose it could be the eclipse stuff too.

I have thyroid problems myself. Haven't really noticed much of a change there, however. :shrug: But I'll keep an eye on it--I'm due for a visit from "Aunt Flo" in a few days as well. Thanks for the heads up.

One thing I HAVE noticed lately is I don't want to talk to anybody. I feel like existing in complete solitude. I have had to force myself to converse with family members as well as force myself to respond to e-mails (which, um, is kind of necessary for work). But I'd rather just be by myself, or maybe just with my kid. Been this way for about a week...?

8. The incoming energies are like a spring flood washing away all the old debris

It hits blockages pretty hard at times waking up old injuries and connected memories left and right. If you have past health issues connected to those parts this might be why they are so effected. Think of a muddy pond flushed with an influx of pure clean water. All the crud on the bottom gets stirred up making it murkier than ever when in fact the new source of water will wash it all away eventually. The difficult thing is figuring out the best way to cooperate with the process as much as possible if you and your guides can't get the rate reduced. My bodywork teacher keeps telling me to ground, shield (so I don't pick up other people's stuff), and open all my chakras to let wash away all the all debris away. That and drink lots and lots of water to wash away the physical stuff being released as well.

I know that I have been doing a lot of toning and silent screaming lately to let off steam as well. It is not always a good place to let out a relieving yell or even a hum so I can go in the rest room and making like I am screaming but try to go above the highest pitched noise my vocal cords can make is the best way I can describe it. I at most make a kind of hissing noise and I find it really relieving especially when my throat feels tight or my neck is threatening to cramp up. If I am in a place I don't need to worry about being overheard I will focus on the body parts acting up and think 'I will make the noise my sinuses would make if they could to express what is wrong with them right now' and then just let the noise come out no matter how weird it is.

9. Yes, we are certainly "mucking out the stalls" spiritually speaking!

I know that alot of this is old stuff, and yes! I'm getting triggered in my relationships across the board.

When I can remain calm and try to stay out of the Pain Body is when I make the most progress emotionally -
physically the body feels like it is in a "healing crisis" that one would get after a "too good" session of reiki, acupuncture, etc...
Lots of water is SO right!

I'm feeling the isolation piece too... haven't answered the phone for days, and am runninglate on a writing project ...because of lack of concentration nad the constant nausea. But my new client with the nice money doesn't need to know all that, now, does he?
