Emotions Chart
For anyone who can use this--I don't even remember exactly where I got it--but I can use a pendulum on these to see if any of these emotional states apply to an illness. I wish this was bigger...........oh, the ones at the top in italics--the italics doesn't mean anything, apparently.

The easiest way is to check an entire column and ask if any of the emotions in the column apply.

1. Traditional Chinese Medicine?
From what little I know, this seems to come from TCM.

2. yes
Definitely related to five element acupuncture--which is the basis for a lot of energetic therapies.

Wood feeds the fire, water puts out fire, etc.

4. This is very interesting
I'm wondering if a change in emotional state indicates a condition going for the better. I'm thinking this because I have a chronic thyroid condition, and I've noticed lately that I'm not giving up, I'm becoming uninhibited, and am claiming my right to self expression (you should see the clothes I've designed and made for myself!). I've noticed that my eyebrows are starting to grow back, especially on the right side. One of the symptoms of hypothyroidism is the loss of the outer part of the eyebrows-mine were more than half gone at one point.

5. Oh yeah
That fits. Why don't you show us some of your clothing designs? Fix the emotions and often, certainly not always, the physical problem will correct itself.

6. If I can figure out how to take a photo
I will. Have one jacket that a friend is drooling over. Plan to give it to her the next time I see her. Just finished a pair of trousers with large waistband and leg bands of patterned fabric set against a solid peacock blue for the rest. Working on a blouse with, I hope, will be interesting sleeves with a swoosh. Just got a new sewing machine (old one broke time-and a couple of gear teeth), and am still learning the ropes. I also make quilted clothing-coats and vests and jackets. They are a lot of fun to do. I either wear my art or give it away.

Anyway, our camera isn't working, and so photos will have to wait until it does.

8. Do you use a pattern or make one yourself?
Or a little bit of both? My mom's a fantastic seamstress and I try to follow in her footsteps, but I don't have the gift like she does. She can completely make any outfit without a pattern and it looks perfect - I, on the other hand, need patterns and instructions and chalk and rulers and....LOL.

9. They sound beautiful
I love the peacock blue and the swooshy sleeves. Do post photos when you can, I'd love to see.

I have a fantasy of starting a clothing line for larger women. Flowing, feminine, unconstructed suits for business, in vibrant colors. I have a sari length of light, bright orange fabric with a lemon and chartreuse border with which I will attempt to do this for myself...some day! I used to make clothes for myself as a girl all the time, with patterns and sometimes not. I still have the 70's era patchwork baby doll top I made myself with the scraps from all my projects. I should frame it or turn it into a pillow or something.

The label of my fantasy clothing line will be "Nacho Mama's Closet." Get it?

7. Thanks for this chart, Itsjustme
I do a lot of work on emotions trapped in the body and I haven't seen this chart before. Thanks for posting.
