Two Predictions about Election/Selection give me hope for the Recount.
Edited on Sat Nov-13-04 03:24 PM by KoKo01
Thanks to Cliss whose post is somewhere here on DU for starting me on this search. :hi: Cliss posted links to Vedic Astrologers predictions about how this election would turn out. After checking them out I found a link to Shelley Ackerman's post listing other astrologers thoughts.

I pulled out these two, because one of the astrologers correctly predicted what happened with Gore in 2000 and the other is interesting...well just because it talks about voting problems. Posting here for those of you who are hoping for a sucessful recount or at the very least the exposure of the voting machines.

I hope Cliss will repost the article that started me on my search here because it's a good read also.

=======================================================================
A Kerry-Edwards victory is likely if: 1. the election goes forward on November 2 as planned; and 2. all the votes are counted. (Today with the privatized, partisan ownership of electronic voting machines an issue, along with no paper trail in e-voting machines, there’s concern about whether all votes will be counted.)

The 2000 election and its aftermath divided the nation bitterly, and many feel that George W. Bush, was selected, not elected--and therefore his presidency is "illegitimate." If re-elected, (or reselected), W’s position is precarious: As outlined earlier, President Bush is in the throes of his second Saturn return, a time of reckoning and balancing. One must be up to the task at hand when Saturn shows his face -- or face the consequences! Furthermore, Bush was elected in 2000 under Tecumseh's curse and might be lucky to leave the White House before embarking on a second term, one that history suggests he’s unlikely to finish. To complete the picture, next October (2005) Mars is in Taurus and turns retrograde for three months for the first time since late 1973 and early 1974, the time of Nixon’s unraveling. If Bush remains in Washington, the stage is set for a repeat performance.

The nation is more divided than ever, and another deadlocked election is my call with the incumbent victorious after another (almost) bloodless coup. The issues are more ubiquitous than the clearly defined issues of the 1861-65 War. The divisions now are based upon perceptions and awareness of facts. Compare SAT Verbal scores and high school graduate percentages for States voting for the candidates in 2000 (source: World Almanac 2004). Significant differences prevail with higher percentages and scores for the States voting for Gore. This divide has widened since 2000! Wasn't massive Iraqi oil exports supposed to pay for the war? Mammoth flags outside import merchants only mocks the disconnect between producers and consumers! With no increased production jobs, dollars are devalued.
Contested results will prevail in MD, OH, PA and WI and wherever new voting machines leave no paper trail. In 2000, Bush's victory was partly explained by asteroids Busch and Washington conjunct. They're together again in November! Doctored voting machines, disenfranchised voters, Nader, plus fear through a real or staged attack in September will favor incumbents. This election parallels Nixon's 2nd term and the deadlocked election of 1824! In 1824 and 2004, heavy outer planets are at the Jupiter-Saturn (liberal-conservative) midpoint. The progressed USA Sun, Election Day 2004 is opposite the same position when John Q Adams was selected by Congress in 1825--to the day!! Son (JQ Adams, #6) follows father (John Adams, #2) again!? The next Iraq: Venezuela! The real message of Mel Gibson's Passion film, the Patriot Act, limited marriage laws, and terrorism used to arbitrarily and indefinitely imprison suspects is the new CD: the Criminalization of Dissent.

Bush will win, not by votes, but by means that are ‘outside democratic standards.’ The USA’s progressed Sun moves into self-sacrificial Pisces on election day, implying a climate of ‘martyrdom’ for the nation. My concern is that under this influence, sedition laws will be enforced, criminalizing dissent of any kind."
--Jacob Schwartz Ph.D., the only astrologer to predict that Gore would win the popular vote in 2000, but Bush would go to the White House.

2. OOPS...sorry guys I double posted the same post here's the second article
I was talking about. I edited and somehow screwed up:

A Kerry-Edwards victory is likely if: 1. the election goes forward on November 2 as planned; and 2. all the votes are counted. (Today with the privatized, partisan ownership of electronic voting machines an issue, along with no paper trail in e-voting machines, there’s concern about whether all votes will be counted.)

If Bush remains in Washington, the stage is set for a repeat performance.

In response to those who are concerned about changing to a new President during a war, lifelong astrologer Frances McEvoy, President of the Boston Chapter of the NCGR (National Council for Geocosmic Research)notes, "We have in recent times changed presidents twice during a war: In the Korean War (Truman to Eisenhower) and Vietnam (Johnson to Nixon)." Ms. McEvoy continues, "While Kerry has the better transits on election day, Bush’s difficult and prolonged Saturn return (through June '05) is more in keeping with the state of the world. I don't believe this election has been decided yet, and won’t be until the last minute."

With Pluto, planet of death and rebirth, now moving slowly through the last third of Sagittarius (ruling politics and religion) through the beginning of 2008, the nation’s polarization is not about to be healed easily or soon-- no matter who is sworn in on January 20, 2005.

And speaking of Inauguration Day, Jupiter, bringer of good fortune, is approaching a station at just under 19° Libra, the degree of Bush's moon, the degree of Teresa Heinz Kerry’s house of relationship cusp, and the degree of the IC (end) of the announcement chart of the Kerry-Edwards ticket (July 6 2004 @ 7:30 AM Philadelphia).

for a cold/shortness of breath play into this? If he's on his way out either because they want him replaced or because Divinity is having a hand in this, wouldn't it be a problem for the chimpster, in the long run, not having his hatchet man by his side? And it could speed up Plame if his office isn't in place to instigate the earthmovers? What do ya'll think? First crack in the glacier? What do the stars say?

5. With Gonzales taking over the A-G Asscroft office, nothing will come of
any investigation against the administration.

And it's really ridiculous.. Gonzales has been dimwit's personal attorney, how can he oversee investigations of the WH and the dimwit?

So that's a hope that's gone.

8. Reading through lots of Astrologers threads today...it was really too
close to call...meaning "murky" with Shrub having bad times ahead of him. So, I know I'm wishing here, but maybe it was because it's another tainted election but this time with Saturn on his head, he won't get away with it in the end. Whether it's the recount, or the effort we're making "weakens" him..he will go down or be "constrained" to the extent that maniac can ever be constrained.

The two posts I listed...made me think something was hidden about the election that will be revealed.

What do I know...I'm not an Astrologer but have been reading about it for years....and maybe I'm grasping, desperate for a sliver of hope.

Don't want to 'judge' here .. but what kind of cold hearted, closed off bastard has a frigin heart attack at the age of 37?

And his shortness of breath? D'OY!!!
He obviously doesn't breathe oxygen like the rest of us.
Draw your own conclusions.

<snip>
His most recent heart attack was in November 2000, a few weeks after that year's presidential election.

In June 2001, six months after he became vice president, doctors implanted a pacemaker-like device, called an implantable cardioverter defibrillator, in Cheney's chest to control potentially deadly episodes of rapid heart rate.

The vice president has at times joked about his heart condition. He told radio and television correspondents at a Washington dinner in June 2003 ``that except for the occasional heart attack, I never felt better.''

recrimination from the press and GOP, until the voting data is compiled and is solid. I'd like to believe that...but the Dems have backed down time and again, so won't get my hopes up...again.
And I don't think this adequately explains why even my local left leaning newspaper won't depart from the mainstream explanation (without further investigation) that the voting anomolies are too few and infrequent to result in a changed result. While this does seem out of character for this paper (and I know the political editor has been besieged with complaints for not taking up the voting fraud cause), what else am I to believe? That they are in on Kerry's secret investigation too, or just too intimidated to stand up in a high wind?

11. Dover, like you, I read Vasquez's article and had some hope, because
in a way her article makes sense if you figure Kerry isn't a complete loser or plant. His background would make it seem that he could be capable of "outfoxing" the fox/Rove. With 20 years in the Senate dealing with Iran Contra/BCCI and everything else that's gone on and serving as a special prosecuter, he would be very savy about how to deal with these people. Plus, given that Edwards had so much ambition and was a trial lawyer we seemed to have a team who really would fight back if there was any evidence of fraud in this election. The silence of the media except for sniping about "Internet Conspirators with Spreadsheets" and the lack of spokespersons from the Dem party coming out in support of counting the votes is strange, but given our experience with them, not surprising in a way.

Either they didn't want to win and therefore did everything wrong purposefully by hiring "hack loser" Campaign Managers or they decided that they would let everything be thrown at them, use the activists like us on the ground to get the vote out and then see how the election turned out. If it was a landslide they wouldn't question the machines, if it was close like 2000 they wouldn't challenge, but would let the activists go at it while secretly manuevering behind the scenes and keeping the media out of it. If they were serious then Vasquez's article makes sense. BUT, if they have not told us the truth and there really was no plan in place if the election had allegations of fraud then one is left to wonder what kind of dark comedy we Democrats are living in today. If we can't trust our own party to tell us the truth and we can't trust the Repugs for sure...then what the hell is going on?

I'm going to give it through the recount elections to make up my mind, but I would hope someone in our party was savy enough to figure out a way to beat the Bushes at their own game. It's not like they weren't warned and didn't have enough information to know that not only was 2000 stolen, but the Mid-Terms elections had odd results in Georgia and that our country is in peril from the mad Bushies. If they didn't see that coming and had no plan at all then the Big Lie will bring us all down. The activists will desert the Democratic Party leaving nothing behind but the bloviating Campaign Managers, Lobbyists and other Politial Hacks to run another candidate who can't articulate a message and lose again. If we have anything left. Why would they want to do that? They aren't stupid, are they? Or, are they so much part of the problem they can't even see what they are doing to the country is as bad as the Republicans method of operation, just in a different way.

14. "They aren't stupid, are they?"
I hope they are not....two things give me hope. First when Kerry gave his secession speech he did not seem like a man who was broken or defeated. When Gore gave his you could see the personal pain. Makes me wonder if Kerry was holding some deeper knowledge inside.

Second I remember a press event by the Kerry campaign not long before the election in which they opening stated as a warning that
if anyone was thinking of cheating or stealing the election they were told to "don't even think about it". I cannot believe that they would make such a point very public and then roll over and do nothing after such a close election.

Jackson Joins Critics Of Ohio Vote
Civil Rights Leader Says Court Should Consider Setting Aside Bush's Win

http://www.nbc4i.com/politics/3953104/detail.html
COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Although John Kerry has conceded the election and the Democratic Party is largely on the sidelines, critics of Ohio's vote count on Nov. 2 have found plenty to gripe about -- uncounted punch-card votes, disqualified provisional ballots and too many votes for President Bush.

It's Not Over?
The Rev. Jesse Jackson said Sunday that the Ohio Supreme Court should consider setting aside Bush's win in Ohio and that Congress should investigate how Ohioans voted.Bush defeated Kerry in Ohio by 136,000 votes, according to unofficial results."This is about the integrity of the vote. This is not about the Kerry campaign," said Jackson, who supported the Democrat for president.

18. Lawyer Arnebeck says they tried to sidetrack us in Ohio by focusing on
Civil Rights abuses and while there were terrible abuses the "fix" was in the machines moving votes around. Are there astrological transits that would go along with the investigation being distracted from the real fraud, which will now be uncovered?

(excerpt from Brad Blog from C-Span)

here was a pretty lengthy interview on C-Span today with Cliff Arnebeck, an attorney for Alliance for Democracy, who is going to file a suit tomorrow in Ohio challenging the election result. This is different from demanding a recount. This organization is actually saying it believes--BASED ON EVIDENCE--that the election result is INCORRECT.
Mr. Arnebeck said they have evidence that shows the election result was actually the opposite of what's been reported. He says that Kerry won 51% of the vote in OH, and he seems to claim he can prove it.

Here's a transcript of the relevant parts...

Quote:
"The only logical explanation is that there was a movement of some 65,000 votes or so that were cast for Kerry into the Bush column. Which created a margin that is approximately the total margin by which Bush was reported to have won Ohio. So our current view of the evidence is that this is where the fix occurred.

"There were a variety of other problems in the election. There was the suppression of black voters in Franklin Co. by shorting machines in black and high Democratic performance districts. There was what we would call a precinct shuffle in Summit Co. and Cuyahuga Co. where a deliberate confusion was created about where people could vote. They cast their provisional ballots...there were election officials were telling them that they could vote in any precinct of the county and it would be counted. And then you've got Blackwell saying they won't be counted.

"Our present feeling is that this is, while a serious conspiracy to violate the civil rights of a protected class of voters namely those of the black race, that this is not where the real fix occurred. This is something we will discuss in the lawsuit, but we intend to focus very, to hone in very aggressively in full tilt litigation with full discovery on what we believe is the fraud that occurred in the southern part of the state with the shift of votes.

"Look at the two races. In effect the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court race is a benchmark race for the presidential race because both of these races were competitive, they were running neck and neck. All right so this gives you a basis to say "all right what happened in this situation and how does it relate to the other, the benchmark." Now a more ingenious approach might have been if you're going to do this you should have made the adjustment also in the Supreme Court race too, so this wouldn't stand out. This stands out like a sore thumb.

I think what happened is, all this civil rights violation was a red herring intended to stimulate the public interest groups and civil rights organizations to hone in on this, on this horrendous, horrendous attack on the rights of black voters. They thought that's what we would go after, the clock would run out, we wouldn't be able to prove our case. The real fraud occurred in this switching of votes in southern Ohio. That's our present view of the evidence."
