This will be difficult to explain.

Today, all the pieces fell into place for me. I have a more complete understanding of who I am and what I am. I can now understand things that have happened to me all my life; or shall I say things I allowed or made to happen.

I know my power. I own it. It is a bit scary, let me tell you, but I could not have known it until this moment-I was not ready.
Everything that has happened in my life has been leading up to this moment of realization.

I fully understand how this is both a blessing and a curse-if I am not careful. However; I believe I have the right guidelines in place.


I ask that you all please pray that I will always use this wisely and judiciously. That is my only fear - that someday, somehow I will not. Maybe not on purpose; but I am human and it could happen.


Sorry for the strange and crazy post. Please; wish me luck. I am still in amazement............

Glad to hear that you realize that with power comes responsibility. One thing that might help to keep yourself in check is to realize that if you abuse it, you could either lose it or have karma to deal with at some point in the future. I have total faith in you, my friend.

I do not believe I was given this realization lightly- I know that I have the guidelines in place and secure. But I always allow for the human experience; and this seems like the most likely way I would be tempted to stray from the path if it happens. As I said to Stella; the universe is having a very good laugh at my expense; challenging me with this gift in a Leo incarnation. I am ever mindful; but realized today that ever since I could remember I had to tell myself to rein myself in because if I didn't I would scare people or something to that effect. Have had strict controls on since then-until today.
Freedom feels good; I believe I can trust myself now.

16. A possible tip for Leos...

As a father of a Leo boy, I can tell you how glad I am to hear your success.
In response to you saying,

It is not a strange or crazy post, completely the opposite. You are to be admired.

Here, I believe, is the key to being a Leo. This is the archetype level, mind you (in other words being a Leo does'nt mean that you were last a Cancer, etc.):

Leo is the stage where the soul, coming out of hypersensitive Cancer, is needs assurance and reinforcement. Leo has the bravery to ROAR. It needs attention or limelight (what you refer to as possible misuse of power or so). You need to use your power; you need attention. The trick is to accept the kudos and attention you receive enough to validate yourself AND NOT MORE. The real key to Leo is that your "job" is to grow the greater Self in confidence!
Use the light to grow the confidence but don't get LOST in it like Madonna and Barry Bonds do. They appear to have an endless need for attention.

By definition:
1. The fact that you are here sharing
2. The fact that you are so self-honest

proves to me that you need not fear misusing your power. You're well on your way which is exhibited by the Grace that was just bestowed upon you in your recent experience.

17. Thanks for saying so..

I do believe that I would not have been allowed (would not have allowed myself-) to understand this if I could not handle it; it's just an old ingrained fear from childhood. I remember clearly when I was in my primary years telling myself that i had to control whatever this was I was feeling; I had to hide it away; because something was wrong with it or me(really; that it was not appropriate or 'right' people would not like me. A scary thing for a Leo!). Of course that is oversimplifying it; but now for the first time I feel I can free myself.
I am sure that, contrary to my 'complaints'; being a Leo gives me the confidence to use this gift the way it should be used-but I am constatnly aware of the fact that it can be misuesd.

I'm treading carefully but hopefully.
