Is there a transit or period of time I should avoid?

I'm about to file for divorce and I'm certain I read that the last week of August and first week of September would be a bad time for me to discuss finances. Obviously, I'll have to discuss finances with a lawyer and my soon-to-be-ex, so I'll want to avoid this transit--or whatever it may be--if possible. (We are hoping for an amicable arrangement, so if it is what it is, then so be it, but if I can avoid a nasty time by just choosing a better date, I will.)

I can't find where I saw this, so can any of you confirm or clarify?

Sorry to hear about your need to part. I have to say the energy of your post seemed quite depressed. :hug:

The only things I know are that you don't want to start something like this during a Mercury Retrograde - and we should be out of it totally some time next week - and don't begin something under a Void of Course Moon.

I hope others chime in and offer their knowledge.

I did know about the mercury retrograde and that is one reason I have waited until now. I'm not sure how to check for a void of course moon, so if someone could chime in, I'd appreciate it. Meanwhile, I'll Google it.

I am actually very relieved to get to this point -- it was difficult and long overdue. I just have to take the last plunge and end this chapter of my life.
