Now didn't someone in this group predict these earthquakes
in Oklahoma last summer?

Or am I imagining it. I guess I am not too good at searching the DU archives as I could not find it, but I really think that I read it here.

2. PinkTiger recently predicted earthquakes in that region
Under BlueIris' Halloween predictions thread.

You don't have to be psychic to know the root cause of it -- fracking. I'm sure those in charge will deny it vehemently until a major city falls into a sinkhole.

3. It's not over yet.
I have had dreams of these earthquakes, and the harm they will do. Of course, I also realize that my dreams may have shown a worse case scenario than what will really happen. But I feel that more are to come. I'm not sure about the fracking in Oklahoma, although fracking did cause earthquakes east of Little Rock, Ar., this summer. The tectonic plate that is in the middle of the U.S. is undergoing a shift. The New Madrid fault line will be experiencing a large quake soon. By large, I don't know how large. But if it were on the 6-7 scale, it would do a lot of damage to infrastructure. The bridges across the Mississippi River in Memphis and in St Louis are major transport routes for goods coming into and going out of the area. People wouldn't be able to get to work. Most of the buildings in this area are not built for earthquakes, and many of them would be destroyed. If the earthquake happened during the day, it would probably cause many casualties.

I'm hoping my dreams are wrong and my visions are wrong. Sometimes they are just visions.

I don't need this, anymore than anyone else does. But I felt that one the other night. It moved the house back and forth and popped.

4. I know there's more to come, too
Hopefully it will be less severe than not, but we can't tell until it happens.

I say the Oklahoma earthquakes are connected to fracking because there's a huge operation set up on the Barnett Shale deposits around the Dallas/Forth Worth region: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barnett_Shale

5. I live about 60 miles from the epicenter of these latest quakes. Not far
as earthquakes go. The one last night was SCARY. House was rattling, floor was rolling. etc.

6. Didn't Fire Walk With Me also say something about
earthquakes? I'm not very good at using the search function (usually can't find what I'm looking for), but I do recall him writing about earthquakes a while back.
