I'm still pretty messed up emotionally by a lot of events that wouldn't have phased me a year ago. But lately, a very strange thing has been happening to me as well.

After almost three years of intentionally shielding myself from the more "intense" (read: brutal) news stories, (primarily the extreme ones about abuse of children, women and animals) I am suddenly able to read and absorb them without totally freaking out. It's almost as if I am being guided to notice the more unusual and upsetting stories, the things almost no one else pays attention to, and despite my revulsion, I am able to learn about these tragedies without looking away.

Pisces rules the 12th house, and one of the hallmarks of the 12th is the hidden, even the deliberately concealed. I'd always heard that natal Moon in Pisces has an above average ability to tolerate exposure to the most abused, and consequently, the most ignored, people in our society. Frankly, I'd always kind of doubted those stories about lunar Pisceans, because the many I have known have had the stamina of your average blueberry scone when it comes to dealing with adversity (especially others'.)

Now, however, I think there's something to the idea that lunar energy in Pisces, natal or progressed, has its own stregnth WRT certain issues--ie; the really, really dire ones. Which isn't so bad. I was starting to feel like a terrible liberal for skipping "the hard" news.

3. Max Igan, I think.....
...is one the clearest thinkers I've come across in quite a long while. I've only begun researching all the things available on his http://thecrowhouse.com/home.html">website, but the one thing that impressed me the most was his book, which is in-part a compilation of known data called http://thecrowhouse.com/projects.html">Earth's Forbidden Secrets - Part One - Searching For The Past. This book can be downloaded (FREE) as an Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file. Here's an example:

The Piri Reis Map of 1513

In 1929 there was an amazing map discovered in the Imperial Archives at Constantinople that had been sitting, virtually unexamined, for years. The map (Fig.1), which had been drawn in 1513 by a Turkish Admiral named Piri Reis, showed North America, South America, Greenland and Antarctica. However what is so perplexing about this map is that Antarctica had not been discovered in 1513. Antarctica was not located until 1820 and America had only been discovered in 1492, a mere 21 years prior to the maps creation and yet it is mapped quite accurately. Remarkably, the map also depicts several land masses bearing their correct longitudes even though longitude itself was not discovered until the late 1700’s either.

Reis had been a famous Turkish Admiral of the 16th Century. He had a passion for maps, He loved cartography and was a highly experienced and respected mariner. In his day, he was considered to be an expert on all Mediterranean Lands and Coastlines and also held high in the favors of the Turkish court. Such a noble status enabled him to enjoy privileged access to the Imperial Library at Constantinople and he spent much of his spare time there. In his notes Reis said that he had based his map on several much older maps he had seen at the library, including

Fig.1

one that Columbus is reported to have viewed prior to his voyage to the Americas. The map in question was said to have been captured from the Spaniards in a naval engagement and later given to the admiral by a Spanish prisoner who had apparently sailed on three of Columbus's New World voyages! Many scholars have indeed suspected that Columbus was in possession of a map and already knew of the existence of America before embarking on his famous ‘voyage of discovery’. Reis also wrote a well known Turkish book on sailing called ‘Kitababi Bahriye’ in which he gives detailed and accurate descriptions of the coastlines, harbors, bays, currents, shallows and straits of the Mediterranean and Aegean Seas. He was beheaded by the Turkish Court in 1554 or 1555 for reasons now unknown.

In case you can’t see it, That’s the top piece of Africa on the top right of the map and the tip of south America reaching out to it from the left side of the map, running up through the gulf of Mexico and up to Nth. America. The tip of Antarctica can be seen sticking up on the bottom right. Another interesting point to this map is the strange layout of the South American continent which looks sort of stretched out of shape. However, viewing the sphere of earth from space accurately produces this type of view. Funny that…

Another photo in his book that I find intriguing is this one:

The Giant Stone Balls of Costa Rica
(Re)-Discovered in the 1930’s by workmen who were clearing land for a banana plantation.

So how were the ancient people of Central America who did not even possess the technology to fashion bronze implements (let alone iron ones), create these stones?

Clearly there is more to reality than what we've been lead to believe. And with respect to BlueIris' original point in the OP about recurring themes, I too have been experiencing the exact same thing. Old issues that have lain dormant for years now require my attention. Our attention.

As Max points out in the above vids, our reality is cyclical -- just as we see these cycles everyday in Nature of which we are a part -- and usually pay little attention to them. But the point of these particular cyclical issues that we're seeing now in our lives (I believe), is for us to address those things that we've left incomplete. The things and/or the issues that we were meant to address in this incarnation.

- Issues, of course that we may not want to deal with since it appears we put them on the back-burner previously because we didn't want to deal with them before for the same reason(s). And yet we know that we must deal with them, if we ever intend to evolve beyond 3D........

4. I'm pisces moon and pisces rising...
...and I can't handle these types of stories at all. Hearing or stumbling upon stories where children are killed routinely disrupts my ability to function at work and at home. I become so emotionally overwhelmed that I doubt my capacity to exist in this world. It's a big problem.
