I will do what I usually do for Haiti anyways as I am sure everyone is doing.

In the meantime, I thought I would ask if anyone is familiar with making a compound elemental? (A super-charged thought-form energy ball that you can set and mold to do different tasks..such as guard your home, send healing energies inside..etc.)
If there is an interest in it I will post on how to make one and how to use one.
Most may already know about them or know it by a different name so I shall save my fingers until I know if there is an interest.

I'm very into White Light meditation that is about energy used to surround oneself and others. But lately, I'm really needing to learn more ways of drawing upon the energy from within.

Always use the universal energy for others :) but you can also call on it to make your own energy within stronger :)
It works just as good for you as to give it to others my friend and is much better than depleting your own energy.
Here is an exercise/meditation to strengthen your own internal energies.

Place the finger-tips lightly together, which closes the circuit of your energy field..place your feet flat on the ground either standing or sitting and then do some deep breathing into the solar plexus chakra.
With each breath in draw from the universal energy...and picture a single flame in your solar plexus flickering and with each breath out see the flame grow bigger..just like you would see a flame on a campfire grow larger when you blow on it.....see the flame grow larger.
First to fill the solar plexus...then expand it to fill the body and finally expand it to fill your energy field completely.
You can then send energy to what ever part of the body needs extra energy.
