With regard to receiving communications, inspirational messages, "action" items of interest, etc., from an organization you like, do you prefer to receive this:

it just depends. I picked the first option because I love hearing from ANYONE daily. ;)

But for "action" items I prefer once a week. And there are a few websites I go to daily for horoscopes. So...

2. I have chronic sleep deprivation.....

it's really gotten very severe of late. :( Every little noise rouses me from sleep. It reminds me of when Taylor was a baby and that exhausted state new mothers stay in.
