Prepare for the build- up, the rising of cosmic energies which continue to play upon your physical being. The rising energies have a cleansing affect at all levels of being. This results in the purging and releasing of energetic debris within the human system. All that has lain dormant and festering in the subconscious realms is now being shaken loose and surfacing for healing and release.

In this way, the incoming waves of light aid in dismantling outmoded structures making way for foundations of the new reality. The structures, organizations, institutions whose underlying foundations are based on greed and power over others are being dissolved. The new energetics no longer support limiting and binding systems and ways of being. All that is not in alignment with the new frequencies of co-creation, abundance and joy is moving out of this expanding reality. Like the waters of a rushing river attempting to move through a man-made tunnel, space must now be made to accommodate the rising flow.

Fear and resistance to the expanded flow of cosmic energies can cause one physical and emotional discomfort. Emotional trauma and karmic residue must now be cleared from the human psyche and physical body in order to accommodate the flow of love and light seeking to anchor itself within this planet. To aid in this process we ask you to trust that all is in perfect and divine order. Seek to allay fear within your systems so as to experience more grace and ease as the plan unfolds.

Open and allow these cosmic light frequencies to enter your fields and find their home within your being. For you are a houser of frequency, and your conscious participation in containing and directing such frequencies will help ease the flow for the collective. There are many universal beings overseeing the stepping down of these energies in order to aid in this transformation. Know that their love for you is without measure, for the Ascension of this planet affects many other expanding systems throughout the universe.

Do not be dismayed at the ebb and flow of vibration within your being as theses frequencies settle into alignment. Do not seek to control the intake or outflow of such, but allow the process to continue without resistance. Remain open. Remain Conscious. Remain steady. Stand in your knowing, in your God Source and know that all is well despite chaotic and challenging outward circumstances.

The pressures will increase in the days to come, but know that this flood of new energies will serve to move you into the new reality which exists now as an overlay of your 3D world. You cannot stem this tide. It holds the force of a cosmic cycle which moves to assuage darkness, density and patterns of limitation and bondage. The Divine Plan has been activated. Remain steadfast in the times to come.

Be assured that for eons you have been preparing for such times as these and in each unfolding Now moment you will be guided and supported through this Shift of the Ages. We love and honor you, for you are members of our extended family. Feel the embrace of our love as the journey unfolds. We are ever with you!

2. "dismantling outmoded structures"

This quote, "the incoming waves of light aid in dismantling outmoded structures making way for foundations of the new reality", reminds me of an experience I had earlier in the week. I often listen to UFO related pod casts when I am having lunch, knitting etc... and I was listening to a researcher talk about various secret fighter jet and weapons that he believed had come at least in part from back-engineering other-world technology. While he was describing all these mighty armaments the US is supposed to have stashed pridefully away I started becoming sick, I was hit by an unexplainable wave of nausea accompanied by pure mental revulsion. My hand reached to turn my iPod off before I consciously even made the decision. I simply could not stand to listen to "weapons pride", I haven't been hit by this before. Sure, I intellectually know that we need to help people so much more than we need to squirrel away mega-expensive technology that helps NO ONE, and is meant only to kill. I can rattle my thoughts off on that quickly at this point in my life. But I FELT the evil of what I was hearing, and was disgusted down to my core. I am starting to feel what were simply thoughts and opinions on what I considered moral or immoral previously. Immorality like that causes me physical revulsion. At one time earlier in my life, I am very ashamed to say, I would have been quite proud of my country being rumored to have unbelievably powerful war machines.

The changes keep coming with me, faster now it seems, and more intuitive with physical demonstrations rather than mental.

that's quite powerful. I think something is shifting for quite a few of us very recently, in our psychic/emotional/physical selves.

This I have heard several times from different sources. But, I've wondered in what way does our ascension affect other worlds in the universe. Why is it so crucial for them also...hmmm...really would like to know.

5. I believe it is the butterfly effect

on a personal level it is important to improve & expand our own frequencies, even in the worst of times, or especially in the worst of times.
And since it is so much easier to spiral into lower frequencies it is possible it will affect their own ascension at whatever level they are.

7. I agree with Rumpel, and...

We have a responsibility as beings living on a planet of increasingly positive energy, to live as positively as we possibly can, and to send out light to the rest of the Universe. All thought moves energy, and as all things are energy moved by thought, we are responsible to have the most positive, beneficial thoughts we possibly can.

Living in joy sends out a great deal of positive energy, which benefits everything as it moves out from Earth across the Universe, and eventually bounces back. Your joy benefits all beings.

We now have much greater power (and thus responsibility) to create something positive for others who are still struggling. As we learn to live like that all of the time, we will become as the angels, who already do this for us, full-time. Thank you angels!

says that we are sequestered, quarantined because ours is such a violent planet. The Universe isn't that way, and we need to learn the way of peace so we can participate in the Universal society.

this question for me. It's a very interesting topic to me. I have read before in different places that we are special here on earth. That we are somehow different from others in our universe. Is it because of our extreme violence? Well, then that would be a remarkable thing for us to ascend. But, I have also read reference to other worlds that are just as violent and worse than we are that are also working toward ascension. And, some of these places are where some on earth who aren't ready to ascend when earth does may go to finish their spiritual work toward ascension.

So, I'm still wondering if there might be other reasons, in addition, why we are suppose be special here...very interesting.

11. More than the violence

I suspect it is even more than violence, the GREED our species exhibits is unending. To let loose a species with such an overriding defect of greed would be as dangerous as the violence we use to get what we want when we can find no other way. We are very risky 2 year olds.

10. I remember.....back in the mid 90's

I think it was, during a conference led by Gregg Braden
in which he said..."there will come a time when you will not be able to look outside your windows"
speaking of the turbulent times that he forsaw...

those words rang loudly then....and still do to this day.

Criminy. Tell me about it.

Actually, reading this was very helpful. I can see some of this happening now just within my small circle of acquaintances that reflects this. Unusually positive developments and hopefully these will continue. My own personal plan for my next big project appears to be 'miraculously' coming along. It's not a sure thing yet but there are people interested in it who can really move it along. I think if it plays out like I see it in my head it will have some long range positive effects for wide range of people. But if I make myself crazy with the ebb and flow, two steps forward, three back, there won't be much left of me at the actual start of the project.

So. Will try not be dismayed as I twist here and there. Yoga is helping. :P
