I've been out of town this weekend w/no time for Internet. Imagine my surprise to find this amazing tribute by MajikMuffin to my special day. I'm just almost speechless. LOL

Thank you all so much. This is very special.

As most of you may remember, JFK was assassinated on my BD. As a result, for the last 46 yrs. this day has been tainted in the minds of people across the planet. When I was younger, I felt it was a cursed day. As I've matured, I've come to realize it is a day of separation.....not only in astrological terms (End of Scorpio, beginning of Sagittarius), but it is heralded as the day that an awakening began. An awakening to the fact that our govt. was not to be idolized through rose-colored glasses, but that it was an institution made up of human beings with faults. That we needed to "pay attention" to what it was doing. (Good ole' Scorpio..revealing secrets.) This has been a long & difficult road. Things have been hidden for too long from the eyes of the American people. I'm beginning to feel that FINALLY we might actually be able to clean up much of the mess that has been laid open by that fateful day in 1963.

We may never come to know all of the truth surrounding that horrid event. But as long as we benefit as a planet from the outcome, it may not matter that the particulars remain a mystery.

Rest in peace, JFK.
You gave us hope when we needed it.
My wish is that you will now assist our current President, as he also must bestow a sense of hope on a nation & planet once again.
