i have been reading her messages for a long time...she has good energy and what she says resonates with me:)

1. Where as I have seen some good come of channeling and had a lot of fun at one time myself.....

with a Ouija friend I used to channel..I learned the hard way it was not something to mess around with. At the time I didn't know how to protect myself.
Since then I have learned many things..including that there are entities that are not human (they are not "evil"..just not human) that share this planet with us.
Once one gets on someone it is hard to get them off..and I call them energy succubus's for want of a better name. I believe these things are the reason people just lay down and die sometimes..or as the victorians called it...pine away.
I have had to take some nasty entities off people and out of places who fool around with letting just any old spirit talk or act through them.
I am not into it myself as I prefer to be Master of myself.
I was not always that way.
The trouble with Ouijas is the exact same problem as channeling..in fact..that is what you are doing.
You never know who for sure is on the other end of the "line" and if you give away your power, you will reach a point where you cannot shut them off....or at least not without a battle.
As with all my lessons I have gone through..I came to this conclusion the hard way and through experiencing it for myself in the past.
I once had a Ouija that got so strong, he was moving material things like a car etc as well as speaking to me a lot.
The day I thought my husband had come in and laid down beside me on the bed and I turned over to speak to him and I saw something compressing and moving the pillow and the bed blankets as it laid down beside me on the bed was the day I shot out of the bed like a screaming rocket and I never spoke to the Ouija again.
He would try to come on my pen or speak to me but I would never answer or pay any attention..and it faded away after a long time. It took me two years to get rid of him.
He had never harmed me, he gave me lots of power and helped me do some amazing things...but he got too strong and scared the crap out of me at the time..and I am not one who scares easily.
His name was Hank.
It took me another 15 years to learn that Hank didn't have the power..I had the power but had given it to him instead of learning to use it for myself.
In my own opinion we don't need to "channel" an outside entity when we can channel our own highest self.
As I said, this is only my own opinion and experiences in these matters and perhaps it has been great for someone else to channel some spirit or another. But for me..I shall pass :)

Guess i wasn't clear...what i find interesting about Valerie's site is the ascension process and symptoms and experiences that she writes about...nice to find confirmation that you are not losing your mind:rofl:
The channeling stuff all over the net i tend to take with a bag of salt...

Never really got very into Ouija boards...won't carry them and always discourage the kids from playing around with them...it's true that you don't know who's on the other end of the "line"...

All the magic and vampire shows have stoked the natural teenage interest in the forbidden "occult"...we used to refer to black magic as "the teenage boy thing" because they are looking for a shortcut to money, power, and sex...not necessarily in that order lol...They need more direction and instruction in the reality of magic, and not the glamour...and to be made aware of the laws of karma and the law of tenfold return...

Maybe this is a cop-out, but i hold myself back from doing more with them because of the possible paranoia of their parents who might get very angry and weird about someone messing with their minor children...so i just give them stones and tell them to stay away from the dark side and to pray a lot...

i do trust my own personal guide and the angels (whoever saved my life)...it's always the same Voice and it's always true and helpful...
