Ok, I'm confused...

Several reports last night/today that NASA found water on the moon due to the plume ejected into space by the recent projectile that was slammed into the moon's (particular)crater/surface. That's the objective they were aiming for; but I thought the initial report was that it was not successful in producing the hoped-for plume.

Guess I missed something...??
A report in between the initial one and this one that said they *did* get a plume?
I need to go digging; just thought I would put it out to you all.

1. I am too, unless there is a phenomena that keeps plume in

suspended animation so the can take further measurements. Seems fishy to me. :shrug:

2. Well, later NASA reports said they found the plume

on an "alternate camera."

5. When I looked at the picture,

the enhanced one, I saw an image of a person. It was a bit scary for a moment!
