Delightful interview. Their discussion of fear especially caught my attention.

So stated the legendary psychiatrist Fritz Perls.http://www.realspeaking.net/power_points.php?ID=21Gail told of an exercise you can do with a partner when you are caught up in fear. If someone stands behind you, they can easily knock you off balance, move you all over the place. After doing a breathing exercise to ground your breath, the exercise partner is unable to budge you off your spot! This exemplifies why the controllers use fear. We are easily persuaded and moved to actions that are not in our best interest, because we are ungrounded.
