LA Duers: Join Howard Dean at anti-Arnold protest Thursday downtown
The Courage Campaign, SEIU 434B and SEIU 1877, Democracy for America, The West L.A.
Democratic Club, SoCal Grassroots and thousands of community activists invite you and
all your friends to join them at a special rally to show the governor that we stand united
against the propositions on the November 8th ballot.

Thursday, October 27, 4:30-6:00 p.m.
Pershing Square
532 S. Olive Street, Los Angeles

DNC Chair Howard Dean will be the keynote speaker and will be joined by civil rights
activist Dolores Huerta and Assemblymember Karen Bass as well as many other headliners.
Come out and show the media that we have a large community supporting our resistance
to Props 73-78 and get involved in the campaign in these last critical weeks. By getting
television coverage, we will help encourage more people to turn out on election day.

Please spread this as far and wide as you can. We need to make this a big news
day. If you plan to attend, it's always a good idea to take the Red LIne to Pershing
Square--traffic and parking are dreadful down there, but the subway is EASY!
