LA AREA DFAers- come protest Rove at Simi Valley!
Greet Karl Rove in Simi Valley

Karl Rove is going to be speaking at the Reagan Library in Simi
Valley this Saturday,June 11, at 11:00am. Ventura County
Grassroots and other local Democrats are preparing a warm welcome
for him. We don't want to hog all the hospitality, so we're
inviting our friends to join us. How often do you get a chance to
yell at Karl and make the good Republicans of Simi Valley
uncomfortable at the same time?

We know they usually bring speakers in about 1/2 an hour early, so
we're going to be set up at 10:00 am on the corner of Madera/Olsen &
Presidential Drive in Simi Valley. For parking, onto Presidential
Drive and make an almost immediate right hand turn into the
residential area located there at the bottom of the hill,
Roosevelt Ct. There are no limitations on street parking, so they
can park anywhere they want, and walk right down to the rally
corner.

From the 101 take the 23 North to the Olsen/Madera exit and turn
right. Presidential Drive is about a mile up on the left.
From the 118, stay on the 118 as it turns into the 23, get off at
the Madera/Olsen exit and follow the signs to the Reagan Library.
I know it's a bit of haul from some areas, but on a Saturday morning
downtown L.A. is a 45 minute drive from Simi Valley. Please help
us get the word out and c'mon and join the fun.
