Friend who had a bad adoption experience has new momma and baby

He adopted them as a pair a couple of weeks ago. Evidently the momma had been placed, but owners did not know she was with furchild, so they returned her to the SPCA. My friend adopted them both. Here's their pix...so cute! Are mother cats more vocal in the middle of the night because they are looking for their kittens? She's keeping him up at all hours, but I thought it was because of the little squirt.

returning a cat because it had a baby. Only one kitten too. She looks very sweet, I have to check in with him to get an update. I think the kitten is just beautiful.
