Rocky went to his new home today
The lady who adopted him lives in the same neighborhood where Rocky was found tortured. She instantly fell in love with him and is sure to spoil him rotten, picking up where I left off.

Bye-bye, Rocky. I will miss you, but I hope you live a long, happy life with your new mommy and siblings (on two legs and four).

2. Someone tortured that sweet innocent little kitten??
OMFG.  What the hell is wrong with people??

I am so happy that Rocky has a forever home, and hoping that he has no remembrance of the past. Hugs to you for fostering

7. I know - look at that face! How could anyone touch him with anything but love??
I don't get some people.

But I'm SO glad things worked out in the end for Rocky - I'm happy for him and his new adoring family.

4. People vs animals
It's sometimes difficult to like people when they do such horrible things to our beloved animals.

6. It was hard enough for me to part with Rocky
My 8-month-old kitten Max is going berserk after I rehomed him yesterday!! He just won't leave me alone, meowing plaintively, running all over me while I'm trying to sleep, demanding more attention from me than ever!

9. Sounds like he wants a feline friend
Two cats are way more fun and interesting than one.

10. Max already HAS a feline friend--his mom, Ruby!!
Maybe Mom isn't always fun, but little kittens are, especially if you're an oversized teenage kitten like Mad Max. I think Max wanted a smaller kitten to play with without swatting him in the muzzle.

11. But his mom is no fun!
I can see why you don't want to commit to another cat. Maybe Max will be happy with foster brothers.
