Dry cat food: Innova (adult - red bag) vs Wellness (Indoor Health)??

Hello friends.

My 10 yr old girl kitty has been eating the Innova adult for some time w/no problem, with the exception of some weight gain. I tried the Innova "diet" food once, but she wouldn't eat it.

My pet store guy suggested Wellness Indoor Health for the weight gain.
I've been mixing the Wellness Indoor Health w/the Innova right now.

I've read all the ingredients, but haven't really come to a definitive conclusion - does anyone have an opinion on what might be best for her? She's in good health, just getting a bit chubby as she ages (like all of us).

I also give her Merrick canned (half a small can) a few times a week.
