So I'm downloading 1805 emails since yesterday.

So I'm downloading 1805 emails since yesterday.
No, I'm not that popular. I'll have double, triple, and fourple mails. Some from four days ago. This has happened before but in the last three weeks its happened six times. I'm using Thunderbird on an XP machine and Earthlink ISP. Is it them or me?

1. There's probably a setting
in Thunderbird that says something like "delete emails after downloading from server" or "keep email on server"

2. I found it and yes it was checked.
Hope that does it. It's a real pain in the ass.
