1. Your main account should be an administrator

There is also a default Administrator account on XP, if you haven't set it up I think you'll need to create a password for it to log on with it. Go to

Right click My Computer
Choose Manage
Go to Users which is under System Tools then Local Users and Groups then Users

Once you click on the users folder you'll see a list of all users, even the hidden ones. (You can right click your user name choose Properties and look at the Member Of tab to see if you are administrator.) Right click the "Administrator" account and choose Set Password. Once you set the password than you should be able to log on as Administrator.

Go to the Start button choose log off
Choose Log Off (NOT switch user)
If you have it set to use the welcome screen then you will need to hit CTRL-ALT-DELETE twice to get the box so you can type in Administrator and the password you created.

5. I'm really not sure what else could be causing this. Have you tried
installing anything else since this problem? Maybe you could try installing something else to see if it's a Windows or a Cineplayer problem. If something else installs then it must be the Cineplayer and I would try emailing Roxio about it.
