Looking for a free utility to remember often used information
I'm trying to locate a small utility that will allow me to save some e-mail addresses and other bits of information that I use repetitively to access some internet sites. Specifically, is there any program the community can recommend that does the follow:

When putting the cursor in a input block (like, say, a field for entering your e-mail address), right click on your mouse to access the drop down menu.

In the menu is a menu or submenu of key phrases/words, etc. that are preprogrammed for one click insert in the field where the cursor is located?

I have a application that I access up to 30 times a day. I have to put in an e-mail address that is long. I'm constantly needing to retype it because I screw it up. A utility that allows me to save the e-mail address for quick paste would be a handy time saver.

Any suggestions?

1. Found something that works
A little more complicated then I need, but allows programmable hot-keys to store phrases/text/e-mails etc.

2. If you use FireFox you can use the addon LastPass
It does both passwords and filling out forms. You determine different profiles and what details you want to automatically to enter.
